Runs normally meet at 9am on Saturday and Sunday morning at Rumours cafe in Carrickfergus. Check the blog page for up to date information.  Run details will be published here as available. Dependant on numbers we try to organise the following group runs.

A GROUP – 17+ MPH AVERAGE

B GROUP – 14-17 MPH AVERAGE

B2 GROUP – 12-14 MPH AVERAGE

C GROUP – 10-12 MPH AVERAGE
